Twisted and Coarse formed This grade are from tender tea leaves and buds. Leaves of this type are smaller and curly. Sometimes, they have the appearance of a shorter, wet leaf. It is a light gold-coloured liquor with a golden reddish hue and a mild taste. It is a light golden reddish colour and has a delicate flavour. The Pekoe Tea offered by us is a premium quality made of Ceylon black tea. It is composed of tender young buds and tea leaves that were processed to appear smaller curly, curly and less stiff. Since the tea leaves are twisted and rolled during the traditional black tea production process, This is the grade that has that black-coloured appearance. After being brewed, this tea is characterized by a robust aromatic forest-like (woods) smell. The beverage generally appears a light golden reddish and a delicate flavour. We offer two varieties of this type of loose leaf teas, Pekoe (slightly bold looking) and Flowery Pekoe-1(shotty more minor variation of Pekoe). The liquor is very smooth, light-bodied and tipped with fresh floral attributes. Delicate notes of aromatic flowers similar to geranium and white lilies can be perceived right from the start which gradually grows into prominence and gives the liquor a rich, floral character. Easing towards the end, subtle undertones of ripe tropical fruits are discernible which complements the supremely floral aromatics of the cup. Muted hints of lavender come through in the aftertaste, rendering a refreshing feel on the palate. The second steep is just as flavorful and recommended with ice for a truly sublime experience.
